You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

曾經甜蜜交往的男友，分手後竟變成惡狼！台南市一名40多歲的熟女阿芳（化名），2006年間與一名吳姓男子認識並交往，期間經歷分分合合，最後終究分手；不過吳男不甘心，竟在2015年間藉口要找阿芳至大陸投資，實際上卻是騙她出門見面，趁機毆打並性侵她。最後阿芳甚至還被逼簽下寫有毒誓的「賣身契」，要她今生今世只和吳男在一起，否則將不得好死！
據《自由時報》報導，吳男和阿芳自2006年起開始交往，期間分分合合，後來確定分手，吳男卻心有不甘。2015年底，吳男以「一起到大陸投資」為藉口，將阿芳給騙出。2人見面之後，吳男向阿芳裝可憐，表示自己心情很差，想去南投竹山的紫南宮拜拜，阿芳不疑有他，便開車載著吳男前往紫南宮，之後還一路開車至南部多處訪友，當天深夜2人則投宿至摩鐵。
投宿摩鐵的凌晨，吳男竟手持拖鞋瘋狂毆打阿芳，阿芳從睡夢中驚醒，嚇得不知所措！吳男宛如失心瘋一般，不僅強逼阿芳脫去衣物，性侵她得逞，最後還命令她寫下有毒誓內容的「賣身契」；內容為：「今生今世只聽吳ＯＯ的話，絕不三心二意，今後願與吳ＯＯ同甘共苦、共同承擔，如有違背誓言，將不得好死，天打雷、橫屍街頭，特立此狀」。
所幸阿芳隔天假意與吳男去逛街，最後趁著吳男在百貨公司試衣時，趕緊逃走並報警。案經一審，吳男被依性侵、傷害等罪嫌，判處5年4月徒刑。
陸軍砲兵一名少校副營長2015年間以督導業務為由，2度在車內分別摳摸女兵下體和胸部，甚至大膽問女兵「妳想要嗎？」女兵雖感到不舒服，但因害怕不敢反抗，事後找部隊裡的學姊訴苦，才鼓起勇氣向上級回報，揭發副營長淫行。
據了解，女兵當時剛滿20歲、入伍1年多，在砲兵營擔任彈藥兵，而涉案的副營長則督導相關後勤業務。2015年11月2日，副營長指派女兵一同開車前往桃園彈藥庫清點彈藥，過程中卻在車上解開女兵褲袋、強脫內衣，伸出狼爪撫摸胸部和下體，猥褻時間長達5分鐘。
事後，副營長見女兵不敢吭聲，隔天竟得寸進尺再要求女兵陪同前往彈藥庫，這次他更大膽的搓揉女兵胸部並摳摸下體，甚至直接問「妳想要嗎？」女兵當場嚇呆，但又因為心裡害怕不敢反抗，最後在學姊的鼓勵下，才向營隊副連長說出實情。
女兵表示，起初副營長表示要在車上午睡，卻突然靠向副駕駛座並伸手強脫女兵衣褲，更對她又摸又親，原以為第二天副營長應該不敢在犯，怎料卻仍再度被猥褻。而副營長則辯稱，2人是男女交往關係，愛撫過程中女兵也沒有拒絕，更表示「可不可以不要那麼早回營區」，且女兵在工作結束後還主動跟上來，也沒見她當下向上級求助，否認性侵。
由於雙方事發前不熟也沒私交，法官不採信副營長辯詞，認定他確實是利用要求絕對階級與職務服從之便，對女兵猥褻得逞。雖副營長惡行敗壞軍紀，但2人私下達成和解，一審依2個利用權勢猥褻罪合併判處副營長5月徒刑、得易科罰金15萬元，經上訴，高等法院今（12）日維持一審判決，可上訴。
